Section 1
Overview and acceptance
This website is operated by Qoravela. Throughout the website, the terms “Qoravela”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Qoravela.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers and other users of the website, including anyone who browses products, submits content, creates an account or places an order.
By accessing the website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the policies referenced within them.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or submit an order.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.
Section 2

Section 3
Eligibility to use the website
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country or place of residence.
Customers under the age of 18 should only use the website or place an order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order, creating an account or contacting us.
Section 4
Customer accounts
Certain website features may allow you to create or use a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or login details have been used without permission.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
Section 5
Products, descriptions and availability
We aim to describe and display products as accurately as reasonably possible. Product information may include photographs, colours, sizing, measurements, materials and care instructions.
Colours and visual details may appear differently depending on device settings, lighting and screen calibration. Minor variations may also occur between production batches.
Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Customers should review the relevant size guide and product description before ordering.
All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it or guarantee that it will remain available.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products or update product information where reasonably necessary.
Section 6
Prices, taxes and promotions
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout. Applicable taxes will be included or calculated in accordance with the destination and checkout information.
Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before the order is submitted.
International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes or handling fees unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included.
Promotional prices, discount codes and sale offers may be subject to separate conditions, including availability, qualifying spend, eligible products and expiry dates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been completed.
If a genuine pricing or promotional error is identified before an order is accepted, we may contact you with the correct information and allow you to confirm or cancel the order.
Section 7
Orders and contract formation
Product listings on the website are invitations to submit an order. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these terms.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, normally by sending a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirming that the order has been accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:
- The product is unavailable.
- The payment cannot be authorised or verified.
- The delivery information is incomplete or invalid.
- A material pricing or product-information error occurred.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, resale abuse or unlawful use.
- Shipping restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please review the items, sizes, colours, quantities, delivery address and contact details before submitting an order.
Section 8
Payments and payment authorisation
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency, device or payment provider.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Additional terms and privacy notices from those providers may apply.
Payment providers or card issuers may conduct security, authentication and fraud-prevention checks. An order may be delayed or declined where payment cannot be authorised.
Qoravela does not ask customers to send complete card details by ordinary email.
Section 9
Shipping, delivery and risk
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery periods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may occur due to customs, carriers, severe weather, public holidays, address problems or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing.
Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the order is delivered to the consumer or to a person identified by the consumer to receive it, subject to applicable law.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy .
Section 10
Returns, cancellations and consumer rights
Eligible online orders may be cancelled or returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
UK consumers will normally have the right to notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after receiving eligible goods, subject to applicable exclusions and conditions.
Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Legal remedies may include a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction depending on the circumstances.
No provision in these terms removes rights relating to goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.
Review the complete Returns & Refunds Policy before sending an item.
Do not send a return to the published business address unless our customer support team has expressly confirmed that address for your return.
Section 11
Discount codes, store credit and gift cards
Discount codes, gift cards and store credit must be used in accordance with the conditions communicated when they are issued.
They may not be reproduced, transferred for commercial resale, altered, obtained through fraud or used in connection with an unlawful transaction.
We may cancel or suspend a code, credit balance or gift card where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently or in breach of its stated conditions.
Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 12
Reviews, feedback and user content
You may be able to submit product reviews, photographs, comments or other content. Content must reflect your genuine experience and must not be false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful or infringing.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You created it or have permission to submit it.
- It does not infringe another person’s rights.
- It does not contain confidential personal information.
- It does not contain malware, spam or deceptive material.
You grant Qoravela a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format and use submitted content for operating, improving and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, but we do not promise to monitor every submission.
Reviews must not be offered or submitted in a way that conceals a material incentive, commercial relationship or conflict of interest.
Section 13
Intellectual property
The website and its content—including branding, logos, text, graphics, layouts, photographs, videos and software—are owned by or licensed to Qoravela and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Without prior written permission, you must not:
- Copy or republish substantial website content.
- Use our branding in a misleading or unauthorised manner.
- Create products or listings that imitate our protected content.
- Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices.
- Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit website content.
Section 14
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, delivery carriers, analytics providers, social media platforms and applications that support the operation of the store.
Third-party websites and services are controlled by their respective operators. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
A link does not necessarily mean that Qoravela endorses every statement, product or service provided by that third party.
Please review relevant third-party terms before using an external service or submitting information directly to it.
Section 15
Prohibited uses
You must not use the website:
- For unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- To infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- To submit false payment, identity or delivery information.
- To distribute malware, harmful code or automated spam.
- To interfere with website security or availability.
- To scrape or harvest data in an unauthorised manner.
- To impersonate another person or organisation.
- To place orders for unauthorised commercial resale.
- To abuse promotions, refunds, chargebacks or customer support.
We may take reasonable technical, contractual or legal action in response to suspected misuse.
Section 16
Website availability and corrections
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security or reasons outside our reasonable control.
Website content may contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or outdated information. We may correct information and update the website where reasonably necessary.
Where a correction materially affects an order that has not yet been accepted, we may contact the customer and provide the option to confirm or cancel the order.
Section 17
Website disclaimers
The website is provided for general shopping and product information. Styling suggestions, size guidance and editorial content are general information and do not guarantee a particular fit, appearance or personal result.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or browser.
These disclaimers do not affect obligations relating to products purchased from us or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Section 18
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of mandatory consumer rights.
- Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
The website and products are intended primarily for personal, domestic use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings or commercial data.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, although this does not remove rights relating to cancellation, refunds or delivery where those rights apply.
Section 19
Privacy and personal information
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, why it is used, when it may be shared and the choices available to customers.
Please review our Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.
Section 20
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website at any time.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations or respond to a material breach of these terms.
Termination does not affect rights, liabilities or payment obligations that arose before termination.
Section 21
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to our business, website features, products, legal requirements or operational practices.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes normally apply from the date they are published and do not retrospectively change a contract already formed unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
Section 22
General provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them form the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from Qoravela.
Severability
If a provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a right does not automatically mean that the right has been waived.
Assignment
We may transfer our rights or obligations where this does not reduce a consumer’s legal protections. Consumers may only transfer their contractual rights where permitted by law or agreed by us.
Third-party rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a person who is not a party to the contract does not have a right to enforce these terms.
Section 23
Governing law and disputes
These terms and contracts with Qoravela are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your place of residence.
Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute. Consumers may normally bring proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence where the law permits.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we have a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
